D.A., City Controller, and Judges on the Ballot — Phila. Primary Election Tuesday

- Polls are open 7AM to 8PM. If you are in the polling place by 8PM, they have to let you vote.
- You must show valid government-issued ID if it's your first time voting at the polling place
- You are not required to show ID otherwise (poll workers are permitted to ask, but you are not required to show it)
- A voter registration card is not necessary, and doesn't count as ID - however, it can sometimes be useful to help poll workers determine if you're at the correct polling place.
- If you run into a problem at the polling place, you can always fill out a provisional, paper ballot. Don't let anyone deny you the right to cast a ballot.
