City Increases Phase 2 COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance – Deadline Wed, Sept 30, 2020

The City of Philadelphia has made a significant change to the amount of rental assistance funding that is available for Phase 2 of the COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program.

Now, RENT CAN BE PAID UP TO $1500! This increase will automatically apply to tenants that have already applied for Phase 2 funding, as well as all new applicants.

If you know a landlord that did not want to participate because of the previous assistance limit, please tell them to work with their tenant to apply today.
