What hours are available to rent?

The Center is available from the hours of 9 AM – 8 PM.

The Yard is available from the hours of 9 AM – 8 PM.

Liberty Lands is available from 9 AM - Dark.

How many people can attend my event?

We can accommodate 50 people inside the Community Center, 150 in the Community Center Yard, and 40 in Liberty Lands.

Can I sell Alcohol during my event?

Sale of alcohol is not authorized without a caterers or special occasion permit. The Northern Liberties Neighbors Association does not carry a liquor license.

I plan to play music? Is that ok?

Amplified music from a speaker is unfortunately not permitted in our outdoor spaces. Acoustic music is permitted.

I’m renting on behalf of a business, are there any special requirements?

Yes, we will need liability insurance that names the NLNA as additionally insured.

Will you Set up or clean up after me?

The renter is responsible for set up and clean up. Your booking should include time to set up and clean up the space for your use.
