Delaware Ave. – Vince Mancini - Proposal to add hot cooking takeout to existing food court/gas station.(7:00) 611-19 N. 2nd St. – CMX2.5 – Steve Christini – A proposal for the sales and showroom for motorcycles.(7:30) 329-31 Fairmount Ave. – RSA5 – Matt Monroe – A return visit with a proposal for residential development.(8:00) 626 N. 5th St. – ICMX – Herc Grigos – A proposal for 38 single family dwellings, 1:1 parking, a commercial unit and three apartments.(8:40) 838 N. American St. – CMX3 - Herc Grigos – This is an approved zoning project for this site for 39 residential units and commercial space – however, due to its size, it requires a Civic Design Review by the Planning Commission and will be accepting our input.(9:05) 806 N. 2nd St. – CMX2.5 -Dawn Tancredi – Return visit with Commercial/residential development.
