This is an important opportunity for residents to become directly involved with community 311 issues.  Once you complete the session, you'll will be provided access to the 311 system.  You will have the same ability to enter all 311 complaints as any other city agency without having to notify 311 or 911.This will help the 26th District with issues that are not 911 related but are frequently called into 911.    Anyone can sign up for this training and be granted access.Philly 311 Training Flier
