BOARD OF DIRECTORS Meeting Minutes
October 22, 2024
Board Members present: Jeff Hornstein, President; Barbara Saverino, Vice-President; Donna Turi, Treasurer; Cristina Grisanti, Secretary; Ryan Carillo; Shakirra Clark; Matt Ruben; Sung Whang; Francesca Yepikhina;
Board Members not present: Meesh Zucker; Kevin Wilkins; Mariel Lewis; James O’Neil;
Also present: Sydney Rexroad (NLNA Executive Director), Saverio Romeo, Legal Counsel
The meeting was called to order by the President at 7:32 p.m.
The Board went into executive session with counsel present at 7:35 p.m.
The Board left executive session at 9:00 p.m.
Motion: By Francesca, seconded by Shakirra. “To approve the minutes of the September Board meeting minutes as presented.”
Passed Unanimously
NLNA Committees
Zoning Committee - [Prev Month Minutes]
Motion: By Francesca, seconded by Donna. “To ratify the recommendations of the Zoning Committee in the matter of, i.e.: '1128 ONeil St. - RSA5 - Leanna Phan – A proposal for Visitor Accommodations.'”
Passed Unanimously
Motion: By Francesca, seconded by Barbara. “To ratify the recommendations of the Zoning Committee in the matter of, i.e.: '150 Brown St. - RSA5 - Luis Porto – A proposal for a duplex, not allowed in RSA5.'”
Passed Unanimously
Motion: By Donna, seconded by Barbara. “To approve a provisional approval for the new Zoning Committee Member, Joshua Zyssman, assuming he will attend an upcoming board meeting to meeting the board and interview.”
The meeting was adjourned by acclaim at 9:20 p.m.
