The German Society presents a Springerle Cookie Discussion and Tasting — Oct 3

The Franklin Fountain and Shane Confectionery in Old City are coordinating a lecture about Springerle cookie moulds at the German Society, on Monday, October 3rd, that will be a part of ArchivesMonth Philly.
Many of the moulds we will be discussing were made in a factory in Northern Liberties, close to 700 N 2nd. The moulds, being local, will be a highlight of the talk.
