Snow Emergency
A Snow Emergency will be declared for the City of Philadelphia beginning at 6 a.m., Thursday, February 18.
Remember to move your vehicle from any city emergency route, which includes Girard Avenue and click here for more tips from the city about navigating the snow emergency.
While temperatures remain low, call Homeless Outreach at 215-232-1984 at any time if you see someone who is homeless and sleeping on the street. Homeless outreach teams are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
