The City of Philadelphia has updated the code section that regulates short-term rentals including those listed on hosting platforms such as AirBnB, VRBO, Homeaway and more.

If you are currently a host, you now have until January 1, 2023 to be in compliance with the new regulations and acquire the necessary zoning permit.
