For nearly a year, Joe Hand Boxing Gym and Computer Lab (3rd and Green) has been offering free kickboxing and self-esteem classes for girls aged 10 to 18. And new classes are starting up June 7. The goal is to get girls exercising and to give them a safe environment to share their feelings and problems with their peers.
